5-Year Premium Warranty Terms

Understanding Your 5-Year Premium Warranty:

Unlimited Repair Call-Outs 

As part of the 5-Year Premium Warranty, customers are entitled to unlimited call-outs for covered repairs, subject to the following conditions:

1. Coverage Scope

Applies to defects in installation workmanship only.
 

Does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or third-party work.
 

2. Fair Use Policy
 

While there is no fixed limit to the number of call-outs, excessive or abusive use (e.g. repeated non-issues, tampering, or misreported problems) may lead to a review of warranty eligibility.
 

3. Scheduling & Access
 

Call-outs are scheduled during standard working hours (Mondays–Fridays).
 

The property must be accessible on the agreed date/time. Missed appointments may incur a rescheduling fee of £99.
 

4. Exclusions

Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g. minor scuffs, scratches).
 

Repairs or alterations made by non-authorised professionals.
 

Appliance or material faults unrelated to installation.
 

5. Documentation

Proof of original installation, order number, and active warranty status is required for each call-out.
